About The Position

Our client in the specialty coffee distributor business is looking for a high-energy Coffee Customer Service Representative to work in both their in-person showroom and providing customer service for online clients (phone calls/webchat). If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love building genuine relationships with clients, this could be the role for you. In this role, you are the primary point of contact for their valued customers. You aren't just taking orders - you are acting as a consultant to ensure clients have exactly what they need.

Requirements

A specialty coffee enthusiast (not just a barista—this goes beyond shifts and lattes).
1-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Retail, Inside Sales or Hospitality.
You know at least the basics about espresso machines, grinders, and brewers—and you're hungry to learn more.
You’re a people person who brings energy, patience, and great conversation to every interaction.

You must be able to get to the Milton location for a 9:00am start time.

Nice To Haves

Have experience in coffee retail, barista work, or sales of coffee gear.
Know your espresso machines and grinders like the back of your hand.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, providing expert advice on brewing equipment and coffee blends.
Greet walk-in customers in the showroom, demo coffee machines, and create a welcoming, informative experience.
Accurately process orders through the system ensuring timely deliver and 100% customer satisfaction.
Resolve shipping discrepancies and equipment concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Become a "Coffee Pro" - Understanding the nuances of the equipment and roasts to best assist the customer.
Support other departments when needed during busy times—you're a team player.
