About The Position

The Coffee Barista upholds the company's service standards by assisting guests with beverage and food orders. The role includes greeting guests, entering orders into the register, processing payments, preparing orders according to guest requests, learning about product offerings, and answering guest questions. Baristas operate the coffee shop's machines and learn and follow beverage recipes.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and assist them with beverage and food orders.
Enter guest orders into the register and tender payment.
Prepare beverage and food orders according to guest orders.
Know the product offerings and answer guest questions.
Operate all machines in the coffee shop.
Know and follow beverage recipes.
