About The Position
The Coffee Attendant maintains and stocks the coffee station, makes coffee, and greets guests and assists with their needs. The role requires working as part of a team, standing and walking for most of the day, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Team members may have opportunities to train for and gain experience in other roles within Pilot Company travel centers and restaurants.
Requirements
- Highly motivated self-starter.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Able to lift 50 pounds and walk or stand most of the day.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

- Knowledge of food safety procedures.
