In this role, you'll develop comprehensive implementation plans, establish project timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams to successfully deliver customer programs and key strategic initiatives. You'll use your organizational skills and eye for detail to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Requirements

Bachelor's degree
2+ years of Employee Benefits experience.
Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Must obtain Life & Health License within the first 90 days of employment, if not already licensed.
Experience in account management or a similar client-facing role.

Responsibilities

Implement COE program for clients.
Develops plans and organizes cross functional teams to implement customer programs providing core deliverables.
Provide support to the field including identifying immediate needs and engaging applicable teams, as necessary.
May provide training to field to ensure smooth transition for clients.
