About The Position

This is a full-time position in a casino environment. The role requires providing prompt, pleasant, courteous, and efficient service to guests. A key aspect of the job involves utilizing alcohol awareness training, acknowledging all guests with a prompt and friendly greeting, and anticipating their needs with a sense of urgency. Verifying legal drinking age and completing all side work duties to ensure the work area is prepared for the next shift are also essential. The goal is to offer unique service while maintaining a professional level that encourages guests to return. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Must have completed alcohol awareness training or be willing to complete it.
• Ability to provide prompt, pleasant, courteous, and efficient service.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond with urgency.
• Ability to maintain professionalism.
• Willingness to complete side work duties.
