About The Position
The Casino Banker is responsible for all Cage Bank activities during assigned shifts. This role involves receiving and accounting for all funds from various departments, maintaining accountability for Cage Operations, completing required paperwork, and safeguarding company assets. The position may also involve performing Casino Cashiering functions and other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (Read, Write, Speak & Understand)
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of cash handling experience is required.
- Strong math skills required.
Nice To Haves
- Some banking or accounting experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Receives and accounts for all funds turned into the Main Bank from all departments, the Chip Bank to and from table games, and the check (marker bank) as necessary.
- Maintains accountability for the Cage Operations Department including meeting all necessary deposits, net win, impress level, etc.
- Completes all required paperwork, money exchanges, bag redemptions, buys multiple drops from the Countroom, prepares cassettes for the NRT machines, etc.
- Maintains a high level of integrity to protect and safeguard the company’s assets and funds.
- May be asked to perform Casino Cashiering functions if necessary.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
