The Cocktail Server is responsible for serving alcoholic beverages responsibly, requesting identification, and adhering to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures. This role ensures the quality, consistency, and proper presentation of all served beverages. The server will maintain a clean work area, utilize the company's point of sale system, and keep accurate records of sales. Responsibilities also include cleaning and restocking the work area at the end of the shift, understanding the organization's goals and vision, and role-modeling the guest service program. Compliance with company policies and procedures is mandatory, including knowledge of liquor laws prohibiting service to anyone under 21 or intoxicated. Other duties as assigned.
