About The Position

We are seeking a hardworking, energetic, attentive, and personable cocktail server. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality customer service and hospitality. The server will keep track of bills, keep a clean workplace, and attend to customer needs in a timely manner. Cocktail Servers will be required to interact with many guests daily and will be expected to maintain a professional and friendly attitude. It will be crucial that this position maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the bar’s spirits and drink mixes to up-sell specials and major sponsorship drinks. You should also be able to work various shifts including late nights and extended hours when needed. Availability during All Major Holidays and weekends is a requirement. Compensation includes hourly wage and tips. This is a seasonal position.

Requirements

• Must be 21 Years or Older
• Must be of legal alcohol serving age
• Ability to walk, stand for long periods of time
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Experience working in a fast- paced environment

• Prior Cocktail Server/ Cocktail Waitress experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Check guests Identification and ensure their age meets the legal drinking age.
• Uphold the companies two (2) drink per person policy
• Greets, directs and responds to guest questions and needs in a timely manner
• Interact with the customers, take orders and serve drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations with your knowledge of the venue’s menu.
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for the bar our guests
• Cleaning, clearing tables, and returning bar glasses to dish pit for cleaning
• Responsible for keeping venue clean and organized per company standards
• Understanding pricing at your venue
• Coordinates daily with bar staff to ensure availability of all beverages
• Cash balancing/handling Required
• Ensure the venue is always Show Ready
• Comply with all County and Company food and beverage regulations
