About The Position

This position is responsible for walking the casino floor and/or assigned area to ensure Beverage Service is provided to our Guests in a timely manner. The role involves supporting and promoting Company Service Standards, working collaboratively with beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, and supervisors, and strictly adhering to responsible alcohol service guidelines. The server must be able to manage guest intoxication and accurately record drink orders. Responsibilities include patrolling assigned sections, clearing empty cups from various locations, and maintaining a clean environment around slot machines and pit tables.

Requirements

• Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form
• Understand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies and procedures
• Ability to multitask
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays
• Must be able to establish and consistent effective working relationship with Team Members and Guests
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to obtain required work cards

Responsibilities

• Supporting and promoting the Company Service Standards at all times
• Works well with others, especially beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, beverage supervisor, and slots supervisor
• Strictly adheres to responsible alcohol service standards and is able to successfully “slow down a guest” or cut off an intoxicated guest when necessary.
• Round and write down every guest drink.
• Must walk assigned section as well as clear all empty cups from designated area, pit tables and on or around slot machines.
