About The Position

The Bradford Rooftop Lounge, atop the AC Hotel by Marriott in Bridgewater, NJ, is a year-round indoor/outdoor rooftop bar and lounge. It offers handcrafted cocktails, locally crafted brews, small plates and bites, and serves private catered events for 10 to 300 guests. Guests can enjoy the outdoor fire pit and views of the Watchung Mountain Range. It is the only rooftop bar in Bridgewater or the surrounding areas. The role's calling is to create high-end, luxury cocktails with the finest worldwide sourced ingredients, and the server brings the experience to life by providing an incomparable service experience for guests. This position is for someone looking to enhance guests' experiences through a passion for craft and a genuine desire to deliver true hospitality, making the world, and the rooftop at the Bradford, a more intriguing and distinguished experience.

Requirements

1 - 2+ years' experience as a professional server in a high-volume lounge, bar, or bar focused restaurant is REQUIRED
Charisma, showmanship, and the true desire to help guests enjoy their experience

Responsibilities
