About The Position

This role involves taking drink orders from guests, communicating them to the bartender, garnishing drinks, and delivering them accurately and with a smile. The Cocktail Server will also engage in interactive promotional entertainment with guests and team members, promote drink specials, and describe nightly entertainment. Maintaining a clean workstation and section, ordering supplies, and exemplifying the company's core values, mission, vision, and DEI culture are also key aspects of the position. Other job-related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Ability to understand and comply with all department and company policies and procedures, rules and regulations
Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and guests
Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence
Excellent communication skills
Observation skills
Easygoing demeanor
Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to perform simple tasks, simple reading, writing and math skills
Ability to compile information and memorize drink orders

Responsibilities

Offer every guest in the gaming area a beverage every 15 to 20 minutes
Promote drink specials and describe nightly entertainment in area (DJ, Piano Player)
Repeat order back to guest
Serve beverages to guests in a friendly and timely manner
Maintain clean workstation
Maintain cleanliness of section by picking up empty glasses and bottles on a regular basis and return all glassware to bar for cleaning
Order drinks in proper sequence
Order supplies when needed
