About The Position
Ten Five Hospitality is excited to announce the launch of a new restaurant and lounge concept in Georgetown. We are seeking dynamic, experienced professionals to join our team as we create an elevated dining experience. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in fine dining service & a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality. Cocktail Servers are responsible for delivering attentive, personalized beverage service while creating a warm and welcoming guest experience. This role requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate guest needs in a fast-paced, service-focused environment. The ideal candidate is polished, professional, and committed to providing thoughtful, efficient service.
Requirements
- Must at least be 21+ years of age.
- At least two (2) years ’of previous cocktail serving experience.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Actively contributes as a team player by being helpful/assisting when needed.
- Ability to deal with intoxicated guests in a positive and safe minded manner.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a positive and friendly manner and acknowledge all celebrations, anniversaries, birthdays, and other special notes that are specified.
- Ability to interact with guests to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Anticipate and accommodate guest needs.
- Maintain general cleanliness of assigned stations and venue.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage suggestions.
- Coordinate with bartenders and support staff to ensure availability and timely, accurate drink service.
- Enter all orders accurately into the POS system and follow proper cash/payment card procedures.
- Possess complete food and beverage knowledge of all products that are being served.
- Follow all proper cash/payment card procedures.
- The ability to up-sell and offer food and beverage suggestions to guests.
- Maintaining compliance with applicable health code, dress code, and other serving standards.
- Thoroughly check ID to ensure guests are of proper drinking age.
- All other duties as assigned.
