About The Position

The Country Club at DC Ranch is seeking a Seasonal Clubhouse Cocktail Server to join their team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality and creating memorable, personalized experiences in an upscale, luxury dining environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing attentive, personalized service, building member relationships, anticipating needs, and creating an exceptional dining experience. The season primarily runs from October through May, focusing on the Club’s busiest months.

Requirements

• Current Arizona Food Handler’s Card required.
• Minimum of 2 years of serving experience in a high-end restaurant, luxury resort, fine dining, or private country club environment required.
• Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, with the ability to confidently speak to selections and make recommendations to members and guests.
• Demonstrated experience with proper wine service required, including presenting, opening, and serving wine according to upscale service standards.
• Polished, professional presence with a strong understanding of elevated service standards and dining etiquette.
• Thursday and Saturday evening availability required.
