About The Position

Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous beverage service to casino guests in accordance with HCPN policies, procedures and standards. Responsible for knowledge of PLCB and RG standards. Responsible for knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and awareness of new drink trends. Monitors guests needs on a continuous basis and ensures all requests are promptly fulfilled. Responsible for accurate and efficient use of POS system. Monitors guests alcohol intake in accordance with RAMP training. Assists other beverage personnel with maintenance such as side work, opening/closing duties. Participates as a team member with all servers, bartenders, barbacks, supervisors and any other casino personnel to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.
Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules.
Ability to present information and respond to questions from guests.
Ability to perform basic math skills.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions (i.e., written, oral, etc.).
Ability to operate POS Systems.
Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
Must be able to obtain proper food handler certification and RAMP certification.
