About The Position
This position is responsible for maintaining accurate accounting of all cash and inventory on assigned concession stands, performing location worker assignments, and ensuring safe working conditions and a sanitary work area for employees. The role involves planning for peak hour sales, making change requirements known to the Concession Manager, and adhering to accurate cash handling procedures. The Cocktail Server will also perform duties as assigned by their supervisor and follow all rules and regulations of Food and Beverage.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older (where applicable).
- Must have basic working knowledge of cash handling procedures.
- Must have sufficient math ability to accurately count money and make change quickly.
- Must have basic working knowledge of concession/cafeteria operation.
- Must have ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work.
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated and organized
