About The Position

The Cocktail Server is responsible for taking and delivering customer orders, maintaining tables, ensuring guest satisfaction, and finalizing checks. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of menu items, liquor brands, and other beverage selections, as well as knowledge of casino services and local attractions to assist guests.

Requirements

• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver customer orders efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare, garnish, and serve cocktails to guests.

• Provide information on casino services, features, local attractions, and activities.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including stocking supplies, preparing service areas, and ensuring cleanliness.
• Resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority and report any unusual events or issues to management.
