About The Position

Join The Luce Hotel and help create unforgettable beachside experiences for our guests. Responsibilities include providing friendly and efficient food and beverage service to beach and pool guests, taking orders and delivering cocktails, beverages, and menu items accurately, maintaining a clean and organized service environment, and anticipating guest needs to ensure an outstanding guest experience. All while following hotel, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.

Requirements

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays
• Ability to communicate in English
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times
• Can communicate well with guests
• Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player
• Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
