About The Position

Responsible for serving patrons in a bar and occasionally restaurant setting, ensuring a clean and pleasant atmosphere. This role involves coordinating with co-workers, including bartenders, to provide efficient customer service. The Cocktail Server will communicate with kitchen and lounge staff to ensure accurate order execution and manage their section and side work. Adherence to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies is crucial for protecting the company and customers. This position contributes to team efforts by achieving necessary results and may include other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Must be able to obtain Oregon Food Handler's Certificate and OLCC Server's Permit within 30 days of hire.
Desire to accommodate a wide variety of personalities to achieve highest possible level of customer satisfaction.

Nice To Haves

Experience in high-volume restaurants/lounges is strongly preferred.
Strong service-related background and hospitality mindset.
MICROS experience is strongly preferred.
