As a Cocktail Server, you will create memorable guest experiences with your welcoming smile and attentive service. Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older

- 6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience
Responsibilities
- Take orders and serve food and drinks efficiently and accurately.
- Garnish and serve cocktails to guests.
- Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections.
- Provide answers to guest inquiries about hotel services, features, local attractions, and activities.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including stocking supplies, inspecting cleanliness, and preparing service areas.
- Resolve guest complaints within your scope of authority or escalate issues to management when necessary.
