About The Position

This is not a desk job. Every day you will be performing heavy manual labor work outdoors in all weather conditions: rain, heat, cold, and everything in between. You will regularly lift and carry up to 75 pounds, climb utility poles and ladders, and operate a bucket truck at heights of up to 40 feet above the ground. This work is physically intense, mentally demanding, and requires total focus on safety at all times. If this sounds like the challenge you are looking for, we want to hear from you.

  • Must have access to a secure, off-street parking location at your residence suitable for a full-size commercial bucket truck. If you live in an apartment complex or a community with an HOA, you must confirm that commercial vehicle parking is legally permitted on-site before applying.
  • Ability to maintain sharp situational awareness, follow strict safety protocols, and think practically on a live job site.
  • Ability to follow strict safety protocols and perform under direct, high-accountability supervision.
  • Basic familiarity and comfort using standard hand tools (wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers) and power tools.
  • Work at Heights: Operate a bucket truck and work continuously at elevations up to 40 feet.
  • Meet bucket truck weight capacity requirements: combined weight of the operator, tools, and safety equipment must not exceed 300 lbs per manufacturer safety specifications. This is a mandatory safety requirement.
  • Strenuous Labor: Climb utility poles and ladders repeatedly throughout the workday. Lift and carry up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
  • Mobility: Walk over varied terrain in all weather conditions while carrying tools and equipment. Stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
