About The Position

The Coatings Production Support Specialist will report to the Production Manager and provide support to production activities, which involves learning and using the Company ERP system to maintain production inventory, order chemicals and materials, generate production documentation, and close out manufacturing orders. In addition, the Coatings Production Support Specialist will track production assignments, develop and maintain process instructions, and assist in maintaining company proprietary information and coatings classified information.

Requirements

Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Highly organized.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Willingness to assist with technical activities, manufacturing processes, and other assignments.
Willingness to learn new processes.
Bachelor’s degree in business, manufacturing, or related field, plus 0-2 years of experience OR Associate’s degree in business, manufacturing, or related field, plus 2-4 years of experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government secret clearance.
