Our client in Coppell is growing and looking for reliable Coating Technicians to join their production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on, fast-paced work and wants to build technical skills in a stable manufacturing environment. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1–3 years of manufacturing, warehouse, or related experience
- Comfortable using a computer for basic data entry
Nice To Haves
- No prior coating experience required — we provide training.
- Coating or chemical handling experience is preferred.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Apply a water-based coating to ceramic or metallic parts using dipping and pouring techniques.
- Record part weights and enter basic data into a computer system.
- Load coated parts into industrial ovens and unload/pack finished product onto pallets.
- Support additional production tasks, including: Laser-etching identification codes, Applying insulation tape, Keeping workstations and equipment clean and organized.
- Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
