About The Position

Würth Baer Supply Company is seeking a results-driven Coating Specialist (Territory Manager – Paint/Stain/Finish Sales) to serve and build on an established book of business covering all of Illinois and Wisconsin. This role involves working independently to grow the market, finding top solutions for the company and customers, and delivering quality service. Responsibilities include handling current customer accounts, growing sales, and expanding accounts overall. The company is a leading specialty wholesale distributor to the woodworking industry, offering a wide range of products and operating numerous distribution locations across the United States. It is a subsidiary of the Würth Group, a large, privately held global company.

Requirements

• Two (2) years of demonstrated success in outside sales experience selling similar goods
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong follow-up skills
• Highly organized
• Multitasking
• Ability, skills, and knowledge to effectively work from home

Responsibilities
