About The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for prepping the surface of the rollers and applying proprietary spray coatings rollers. You will ensure each product meets our high-quality standards before shipping to customers. You will work closely with our production and quality teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in the coating process.

Requirements

• Ability to prepare parts for thermo spray coating process, including masking, cleaning, and surface preparation with shot blast media
• Ability to handle coating materials safely and accurately when preparing and applying all materials
• Ability to monitor coating process parameters to ensure quality and consistency
• Ability to identify visual defects at the end of each coating process.
• Ability to perform set ups and inspections of coated parts using appropriate measuring tools
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and environmental guidelines
• Ability to clean and maintain all equipment.
• Ability to operate hoist and electrical lift to safely transport parts through production process.
