About The Position

Harvey Performance Company is seeking a Coating Associate to prepare tooling for loading and unloading into the washing system and Post Polish machines, and to unpack and repack tools for internal inventory and outside shipments. The role calls for precision and attention to detail and contributes to maintaining production and quality levels. The position is based at the company's facility in West Springfield, Massachusetts.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, follow procedures, and multitask.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tools for washing.
• Operate the washing system and post polish equipment.
• Pack tooling for shipment or inventory.
• Maintain production and quality levels.
• Assist in other departments when necessary, including training.
