About The Position

Mactac is seeking candidates to become part of our manufacturing team! We manufacture pressure sensitive materials used in everyday products such as label printing, graphic design, packaging, displays, medical device assembly and many more! If you would like to be part of our team environment, come see us! Starting Pay: $18.41 to $21.94 per hour, plus shift differential for entry level positions. The posted rate reflects the starting wage for positions. Employees are eligible for increases through our pay progression scale and may earn a higher hourly rate within their first year of employment based on progression milestones.

Requirements

Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
High School diploma or GED required.
Forklift experience recommended.

Responsibilities

Supports daily coating‑line operations by preparing materials, assisting with machine startup, and performing tasks such as moving rolls, lifting cores, troubleshooting line issues, and providing general support to the Coater Operator and Assistant throughout the shift.
Supports slitting, packaging, and material‑handling operations by assisting the Finishing Operator and Assistant, maintaining steady workflow, preparing packaging, moving finished materials, and ensuring accurate labeling and inventory.
In specialized core‑cutting roles, the Helper also cuts cores to customer specifications, maintains core inventory, produces labels, and supports all finishing activities as needed.
