About The Position

Salem Public Schools is seeking dedicated educators for the Coaching Coherence Advisory and Working Group. This group will serve as a collaborative space to advise on the development and rollout of an aligned set of coaching practices grounded in both adaptive and technical approaches so that we can amplify the impact of the coaching model across our system. Teachers and Instructional Coaches are both encouraged to apply. We believe that coaching is one of the most impactful and supportive tools available to teachers. While this model is strictly non-evaluative, focusing instead on partnership and growth, the primary goal of coaching is to increase and strengthen student learning.
