About The Position
Under the direct supervision of the Education Manager, the Coach provides ongoing coaching for staff to support effective teaching practices and positive outcomes for children within a collaborative relationship. Arkansas Early Learning serves children from birth to age five and their families through Early Head Start and Head Start programs across Arkansas.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Responsibilities

- Help promote positive outcomes for children through collaborative relationships.
