• CPR/First Aid Certification (Adult & Pediatric)
• TB Screening
• NFHS Concussion in Sports certification
• NFHS Heat Illness Prevention certification
• NFHS Sudden Cardiac Arrest certification
• CUSD Athletic Coaching Orientation completion
• Home Campus account creation for clearance tracking
• Resume attachment
• 3 professional references attachment
