About The Position

This position involves leading and developing teams, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving financial performance, and supervising associates. The role requires a focus on company values, continuous improvement, and adapting to customer needs. The trainee will learn to manage store operations, merchandise, inventory, and operational processes, while also developing action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals. The position emphasizes creating a positive and inclusive work environment, acting with integrity, and serving customers and members effectively. The trainee will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
