Coach, High Fidelity Wrap Around
About The Position
The High Fidelity Wraparound Coach is a full-time, master’s-level mental health professional responsible for the overall management of the High-Fidelity Wraparound Team. The role coaches and teaches the wraparound process through hands-on instruction, including modeling the process, shadowing, rehearsals, roleplays, and ongoing coaching and consultation throughout the credentialing process. The Coach supports skill development, builds relationships within the agency and with community and system partners, and helps promote sustainability. The position requires awareness of evidence-based models and the ability to monitor and maintain model fidelity. This position serves clients in Bladen and Columbus Counties.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a Human Service or related field.
- At least two years of experience.
- Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to support skill development and teach others.
- Strong awareness of evidence-based models and ability to monitor and maintain model fidelity.
Responsibilities
- Manage the High-Fidelity Wraparound Team by coaching and teaching the wraparound process.
- Demonstrate the wraparound process and provide hands-on teaching, including shadowing, rehearsals, and roleplays.
- Provide ongoing coaching and consultation throughout the credentialing process.
- Support new skill development and teach others.
- Model the wraparound process and develop relationships within the agency and with community and system partners.
- Monitor and maintain fidelity to the model.
