About The Position

Soccer Shots is seeking a Coach Coordinator to join their team. This role involves teaching children ages 2-8 the Soccer Shots curriculum and ECE techniques, focusing on character development and fostering a safe, inclusive environment. The position also includes remote responsibilities such as communicating with families and staff, hiring and training new instructors, fostering team culture, problem-solving, planning for growth, evaluating and supporting instructors, and facilitating training events. The goal is to impact children's lives positively and create smiling faces through the program.

Responsibilities

Teach children ages 2 to 8 weekly using the Soccer Shots curriculum and ECE teaching techniques.
Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling.
Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols.
Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, teachers, and instructors.
Hire, onboard, and train the next generation of Soccer Shots instructors.
Foster team culture.
Meet weekly to problem-solve and plan for growth.
Evaluate and support instructors with weekly check-ins and quarterly performance reviews.
Facilitate pre-season training events and post-season celebrations.
