About The Position

KidStrong Reno is seeking a Rockstar Coach and Trainer for Kids who is ready to lead, inspire, and grow with a passionate team. This role is for individuals who love kids, thrive on performance, and are passionate about health, education, and teamwork. KidStrong helps parents build stronger, smarter, more athletic kids through a science-based curriculum focused on brain, physical, and character development for children aged walking through 11 years old. The ideal candidate genuinely loves kids, is passionate about teaching and training, is an excellent communicator, performs like a pro with high energy and confidence, shows up professionally, lives a healthy lifestyle, is able to work in a physically intensive environment, is a team-first player with leadership instincts, thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy, kid-centered environment, and believes in building something bigger than themselves. This position is not suitable for individuals who are uncomfortable being silly, think coaching is just running drills, get easily frustrated with children, are frequently late, dislike fitness, do not take feedback well, prefer to work alone, struggle with communication, or are only looking for a paycheck.

  • Able to work in a physically intensive environment - coaches may cover multiple miles in a shift moving through class, lift and repeatedly move equipment up to 35 pounds in weight.

Benefits

  • Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
