About The Position

TEHORA is currently looking for an Agile Coach to support the City of Quebec's teams in their transition to agile methodologies. The selected individual will play a key role in adopting best practices, improving processes, and maximizing delivered value.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
Minimum 5 years of experience in software development or project management, including 3 years as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master;
Proficiency in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe);
Experience with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Trello;
Excellent facilitation and workshop leadership skills;
Ability to adapt communication to different hierarchical levels;
Analytical mindset and ability to identify areas for improvement;
Leadership and ability to inspire teams;
Synthetic thinking, methodological rigor, and client orientation;
Excellent communication and writing skills in French.

Nice To Haves

CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PSM (Professional Scrum Master), SAFe Agilist certifications or equivalent (an asset);
Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD principles (an asset).

Responsibilities

Lead training and awareness workshops on agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe);
Support teams (development, IT, business) in adopting agile rituals (daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, etc.);
Identify obstacles to agility and propose solutions to overcome them;
Collaborate with managers to align agile practices with the City's strategic objectives;
Measure and analyze agile performance indicators (velocity, burndown charts, etc.);
Document processes and improvements made;
Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
