About The Position

Reliant Processing is hiring a CO2 Processing Plant Operator in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This role supports safe, efficient CO2 testing, liquefaction, and storage while maintaining product quality to required standards and customer demand. The operator will monitor plant conditions, follow SOPs and Quality Manual guidelines, inspect plant areas and trucks, and identify/correct issues. The goal is to maintain maximum operating efficiency while complying with all laws and regulations, ensuring supplies and tools are sufficient, and performing general plant upkeep and maintenance. The operator will also ensure product requests are met or exceeded.

Requirements

Safety-first, detail-oriented approach and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
Submit to a criminal history check
Screening for alcohol and illegal drug use (for tentatively selected candidates)
Screening for ability to perform essential functions of some positions (for applicants)

Responsibilities

Complete hourly readings and monitor plant conditions
Follow all SOPs and Quality Manual guidelines
Inspect plant areas and trucks; identify and correct issues
Maintain maximum operating efficiency while complying with all laws and regulations
Confirm supplies/tools are high quality and sufficient for required work
Perform general plant upkeep and required maintenance
Ensure product requests are met or exceeded
Review current plant status and priorities
Move between control points and the production area to keep operations steady
Document readings
Verify quality checkpoints
Coordinate timing around loading activity and site traffic
Walk the plant to confirm equipment and housekeeping are in order
Address small issues early and escalate anything abnormal
Provide clear notes for the next operator for smooth and safe plant transitions
