The role involves co-owning a newly constructed, cutting-edge hospital in Pflugerville, TX, collaborating with operations and clinical teams to foster a tight-knit community atmosphere, and utilizing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to create an inspiring work environment. Equity partnership is offered on a company-wide level without a cash buy-in. The hospital is a brand-new, high-tech, modern facility equipped with therapeutic laser, ultrasound, digital dental radiography, and EMR, featuring separate surgery, X-Ray, dental, dog and cat suites, and multiple exam rooms with room for growth. This is a chance to practice exceptional medicine and play an integral role in shaping the future of the practice.
