About The Position

At Leonardo DRS, Systems Engineering co-op students contribute from day one. You’ll support the definition, design, and development of complex systems, working across software, hardware, and mechanical disciplines on both existing and developmental products.

Requirements

• Students enrolled in Engineering or Computer Science programs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving technologies
• Organized, flexible, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Must fulfill requirements for Canadian security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support systems analysis and functional evaluations
• Assist with interface definitions and control drawings
• Help develop system requirements and requirement traceability
• Create inputs for technical documentation and diagrams
• Support testing, installations, and ILS activities
• Assist with safety, reliability, and human factors studies
• Participate in project meetings, reviews, and documentation
