About The Position

Eaton Corporation in Glenolden, PA, part of the Aerospace Group, Fluid and Electrical Distribution (FED) Division, is seeking a Drexel University Co-op program participant for the role of Co-op: Supply Chain Analyst. This position reports directly to the site’s Supply Chain Manager. The site's supply chain department manages over $15 million in supplier spend and shipments exceeding $75 million in 2023. The department is also responsible for coordinating key business data including sales forecast, inventory, and capacity planning. The site is anticipating a business growth phase expected to continue for several years. The participant will work alongside the Demand Planning Manager, contributing to various aspects of the SIOP process. This role will also involve supporting day-to-day tasks during an upcoming ERP software replacement in late 2025 and collaborating with different departments within the supply chain to understand the full scope of a manufacturing facility's processes.

Requirements

• Business degree, GPA 3.2 or higher
• Available for typical 6-month rotation, longer possible
• Applicant must be able to work on own as well as with a team and not be afraid to speak up when necessary.

Nice To Haves

• Microsoft Office Software Experience (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate or Advanced co-op level. (2nd or 3rd rotation).

Responsibilities

• Data gathering for various reports that support operations and inventory.
• Master scheduling production.
• Creating/updating current supply chain procedures.
• Participation in CI initiatives.
• Planning and buying activities and any other tasks that require the support of the Demand Planning Manager.
• Working with most departments that also work in the facility such as operations, customer service, finance, engineering, etc.
• Leading meetings such as sales forecast, capacity, and SIOP consensus for divisional presentation.
