Requirements

Be driven to continuously learn from experiences and seek out feedback and development opportunities
Regularly communicate with senior Staff Accountants and the management team, including Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
Work hard and smart, especially during busy season, to meet client demands

Responsibilities

Prepare bank reconciliations
Prepare HST reasonableness analysis
Prepare reconciliation of corporate income taxes accounting balances to corporate tax filings
Analysis of general ledger information
Analysis of financial statement results
Preparation of accounting and bookkeeping entries
Prepare corporate income tax returns and supporting documentation
Prepare personal income tax returns and supporting documentation
Preparation of Notice to Reader financial statements and disclosures
Preparation of working paper files to support client filings and deliverables
