2027 Co-Op - Mechanical Engineering
About The Position
CESO is seeking an intern/co-op for a Mechanical Engineering role. This position offers the opportunity to develop and learn hands-on within a diverse portfolio of residential, energy, commercial, light industrial, and public programs. CESO aims to coach interns/co-ops to use their skills to positively impact the world through service to coworkers, clients, and communities. Co-ops are an integral part of the company, provided with technically challenging and educationally stimulating opportunities. Under the guidance of engineering staff, students will be assigned to various teams based on need and experience.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Engineering and completed the first year of college
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Visual Studio, SKM, and Microsoft Office Suite (training will be provided if needed for all programs)
- Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills required
- Demonstrates flexibility in acceptance of assignments and schedule
Responsibilities
- Learn processes, procedures and assist in preparation of various engineering designs
- Prepare and modify engineering drawings and diagrams using both manual and technical applications
- Generate and analyze miscellaneous technical data
- Provide engineering support assistance for quality issues
- Interface with other disciplines such as civil engineering, electrical engineering, and architecture, as well as clients and vendors
- Perform other project duties as assigned
