About The Position
Mobile Communications America, Inc. (MCA) offers rising Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in electrical engineering. MCA is seeking several CO-OPs for the Fall Semester 2026 to join their engineering team in Raleigh, North Carolina or Arlington, Texas. The role involves working with the engineering team, specifically focusing on DAS design and modeling, and supporting RF engineers in developing venue models and designing DAS networks. MCA provides wireless communication, data, and security solutions nationwide, serving over 65,000 customers across various industries. Requirements
- Rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing an electrical engineering degree
- Ability to travel as needed (Up to 25%)
Responsibilities
- Work with the engineering team, responsible for all DAS design and modeling
- Support RF engineers in developing models of venues and designing DAS networks
- Model venues
- Manipulate AutoCAD files
- Simulate iBwave predictions
- Conduct onsite surveys
- Perform venue benchmarking
- Conduct testing verification
