About The Position

Arconic is seeking highly motivated and energetic students to join our Arconic Co-Op Program. A co-op position with Arconic allows students to be a part of dynamic and innovative projects, while providing ample mentoring and professional development opportunities. Working alongside professionals in their field, Arconic co-ops can sharpen their skills by applying their education to real-world situations through hands-on learning, gaining invaluable experience that can be utilized in any future role. Arconic's goal is to evaluate its co-op associates for future potential entry-level openings, although full-time employment after completion of the program is not guaranteed. With over 20 locations across the US, there are opportunities to work in a variety of places around the country. This specific co-op position is for an Electrical Engineering student and will last for one year, from May 31, 2027, to December 17, 2027. The pay is salary-based at $4k/month (~$23/hour) plus a $1,000/month housing stipend. The normal shift is Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with occasional off-shift requirements.

Requirements

Must be a student at UT - Knoxville or Tennessee Tech that qualifies for co-op status.
Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Electrical Engineering.
Must have finished Freshman year of schooling at the start of the program.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
