About The Position

As a Fall 2027 Creative Operations Co-op at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will support the Creative Team in managing processes, tools, and workflows that enable the delivery of high-quality creative assets. This role provides exposure to creative project management, cross-functional collaboration with merchandising, growth marketing, and email teams, to drive process improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for students studying Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, Media, or related fields who want to learn how creative teams operate in a business environment. During the program, the Co-op will gain hands-on experience with project management systems, asset workflows, and product launch planning. This is not a design or creative production internship. The focus of this role is to support the Creative Team through project coordination, workflow management, and administrative tasks. This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, within an expected graduation date of Fall 2027 or Spring 2028, majoring in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field.
  • Interest in workflow/process improvement and creative operations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes.
  • Must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to F-1 (student) visa holders who require sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with project management tools and Adobe Suite are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with designers to develop templates that simplify brand/legal reviews.
  • Contribute to reviewing team workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in process documentation across creative brief templates.
  • Create training materials and onboarding documentation, including videos.
  • Help manage and create efficiencies for creative team and other users within workflows in our project management tool.
  • Engage and partner on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business.
