The Co-op & Career Strategist supports undergraduate and graduate students with the Faculty of Management to become career-ready graduates. The position is responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of integrated co-operative education and career development services. This role combines co-op program management expertise with innovative career education practices to provide high-impact learning experiences and career readiness programming. The Strategist ensures delivery of the full co-operative education cycle in accordance with CEWIL Canada accreditation standards while also providing career advising, labour market guidance, and engagement with employer partners.
