Community Counseling Center (CCC)Sainte Genevieve, MO
$45,120 - $50,107Onsite

About The Position

The Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring Disorders (ITCD) model is an evidence-based practice that improves the quality of life for people with severe mental illness and substance use disorders (co-occurring) by combining mental health and substance use services. ITCD emphasizes that individuals achieve big changes in sobriety, symptom management, and independent living via a series of small, overlapping, incremental changes that occur over time. ITCD is a multidisciplinary approach involving pharmacological, psychological, educational and social interventions to address the needs of consumers and family members. ITCD promotes involvement of consumer and family in service delivery. ITCD philosophy understands that recovery looks different for everyone and that for some consumers the goal may be abstinence, others it may be harm reduction. We will meet our consumer wherever they are at and work with them to meet their goals.
