About The Position

This role involves developing end-to-end data flows and tasking for Cyber Network Operations (CNO) tools, supporting technical reviews, documentation, and presentations throughout the software development lifecycle. The position is open to various experience levels, from Junior to Subject Matter Expert (SME), and requires a TS/SCI Full Scope Poly clearance. Specific responsibilities and requirements vary based on the level (SME, Senior, Mid-Level, Junior).

Requirements

• Proficiency in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
• Experience designing and developing end-to-end data flows and tasking for CNO tools.
• Experience preparing technical documentation and presentations.
• Ability to participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews.
• Degree and/or experience in computer science, information systems, or network engineering.
• Experience programming with CNO tools and techniques (Senior level).
• Expertise in network socket programming and packet-level IP, TCP, and application-layer protocols (Senior level).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, network engineering, or a related discipline (Junior level).
• High school diploma may qualify with additional experience (Junior level).

Responsibilities

• Develops end-to-end data flows and tasking for CNO tools.
• Supports technical reviews, documentation, and presentations throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Creates packet-level network programs (Senior level).
• Writes code for CNO applications (Junior level).
• Prepares and maintains technical documentation.
• Participates in design, code, and software readiness reviews.
