About The Position

The CNCFG operator independently designs CNC manufacturing programs using UG for core and cavity blocks, slide cores, and inserts for rear cover, front cover, and battery cover tools. The role also designs electrode models for core and cavity blocks, performs self-inspection of completed manufacturing programs, resolves abnormal programs, revises pre-deformation programs for rear cover tools, analyzes component manufacturing planning, and provides on-the-job training to new hires. The role requires familiarity with UG and Veri-cut software, tool structures, and tool-component manufacturing planning.

Requirements

• College degree or above.
• Major in tooling or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with UG and Veri-cut software for designing tool-component manufacturing programs.
• Familiarity with tool structure.
• Skill in designing tool-component manufacturing plans.

Responsibilities

• Independently design CNC manufacturing programs using UG for core and cavity blocks, slide cores, and inserts for rear cover, front cover, and battery cover tools.
• Independently design electrode models using UG for core and cavity blocks for rear cover, front cover, and battery cover tools.
• Self-inspect completed manufacturing programs.
