Regal Rexnord Cleveland, home of our Nook Brand, is currently seeking an experienced 2nd shift CNC Turning Machinist. Pay Range of $28.50/hour to $32.50/hour based on experience with overtime opportunities. Requirements

3+ years of CNC machining experience, including setup and operation of CNC turning equipment.
Effective communicator who follows written and verbal directions and contributes well to a team environment.
High school diploma or GED; strong math and blueprint‑reading skills.
Ability to read and utilize measuring equipment, including micrometers, calipers, and other basic measuring devices.
Working knowledge of surface footage, feed rates, and calculating feeds and speeds.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC lathe machinery while adhering to production standards and ISO 9001 guidelines.
Interpret drawings, specifications, process sheets, program readouts, shop orders, route sheets, diagrams, and instructions to plan work and determine proper operation sequences.
Obtain tooling from the tool crib, select holders, mount and secure tooling, verify tool accuracy, and perform the calculations necessary to make offsets and tool compensation adjustments.
Inspect parts to print, identify defects, and deburr components as necessary using measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers.
