We are currently hiring for key production and maintenance roles within a fast-paced medical device manufacturing environment . Requirements

• Experience with CNC or Swiss machining (operators)
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills (maintenance)
• Ability to use measuring tools and follow detailed instructions
• This role requires hands-on experience working specifically with Swiss machines —not just general maintenance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in medical or regulated manufacturing is a plus
• Willingness to work off-shifts

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and/or Swiss-style machines
• Load/unload parts and monitor production cycles
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
• Maintain quality standards in a regulated environment
• Follow SOPs and ensure clean, organized workstations
• Perform maintenance and repair on Swiss CNC machines
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Support preventative maintenance programs
• Minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability
• Work closely with production and engineering teams
