Requirements

• Dependable
• Experience running, setting up, and adjusting CNC turning, and/or milling machinery
• Basic Blueprint and GD&T knowledge
• Capable using micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators
• Perform hand work on components such as deburring and minor polishing
• Three (3) plus year's experience
• Able to stand, twist, bend, squat, stoop, kneel, climb ladders and stairs and lift on a continuous basis for an 8-hour work day.

Nice To Haves

• Star CNC Swiss machine knowledge
• Machining experience with Titanium, Stainless, and High Nickel alloys
• Operation of CMM
• Troubleshooting/optimizing new CNC programs and processes
• Hand toolpath programming (angles/radii)

Responsibilities

• Running, setting up, and adjusting CNC turning, and/or milling machinery
• Performing hand work on components such as deburring and minor polishing
• Able to stand, twist, bend, squat, stoop, kneel, climb ladders and stairs and lift on a continuous basis for an 8-hour work day.
• Moving from one machine to another to maintain production requirements
